We’ve been there too! Interviews are hard, to be sure, but as the old adage says, “practice makes perfect”. In this case, its super helpful to us to practice the most common interview questions (google top 20 interview questions) out loud with a partner or friend. It’s surprising sometimes how what you thought would be the perfect response to a common interview question, sounds awkward when said out loud 😊

After you practice (and practice some more) your confidence will start to build and what felt like awkward before, will now sound natural. Natural is key because interviews are conversations, and easy pleasant conversation leaves a great impact on the interviewer.
