But to further clarify Kenzan’s involvement, the majority of the trainers were five Kenzan employees (including the author, Carlos E. Salazar) for the first generation of the program. The courses were hosted for 6 hours every Saturday for about two months, wherein Kenzan trainers worked hand-in-hand with the students. In addition to offering our staff as trainers, Kenzan also sponsored the graduation party for the ~20 women in this first gen class.
